In-stock orders are shipped quickly with tracking. Sealed products can generally be returned within the legal period (e.g. 14 days in the EU). Refunds are processed via the original payment method: MalumPay refunds follow their standard flow, crypto refunds are sent back in cryptocurrency according to our policies.

At checkout you choose between MalumPay and Crypto Payment. MalumPay takes you to a secure page where you complete payment with PayPal, card or other supported methods. For crypto, you pick your coin, scan the QR code or copy the address and send the exact amount shown. Once the payment is confirmed, your order is marked as paid and we ship.
If a refund is due under our policies, we process it via the original payment method whenever possible. MalumPay refunds are handled according to their refund rules. Crypto refunds are sent back in cryptocurrency: because market prices move and network fees apply, the fiat value at refund time can differ from the original purchase value.
