How to pay — step by step

  1. Add your desired Pokémon TCG products to the cart and go to Checkout.
  2. Fill in your name, address, email and phone number correctly — we ship to this address.
  3. Select your preferred payment option shown in the EcomTrade24 Pay checkout.
  4. Click “Place Order & Pay” — you will be redirected to the secure EcomTrade24 Pay payment page.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm the payment (some methods may include a short security step).
  6. Wait until you see the success confirmation — then your order will be processed.

Important safety tips:

  • Always double-check the amount and receiver details before confirming.
  • Do not close the payment page until it shows that the payment is finished.
  • We will never ask you for your PINs, passwords, or private keys. If someone does, it is a scam.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment is declined, please check with your bank/provider or try a different payment option shown at checkout. If you need help, contact support with your order number so we can assist quickly.

How are refunds handled?
