At TCGBoxShop.com you can now pay conveniently with credit / debit card, PayPal, Revolut, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA & local bank transfer and cryptocurrency. All payments are processed securely via our trusted partners MalumPay, PayGate.to and NOWPayments.

We currently accept the following forms of payment:

💳 Card & Wallet Payments via MalumPay & PayGate.to

You can pay fast and securely using your card or preferred digital wallet. Supported options include:

  • Credit & debit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and other major card brands).
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay for supported devices and regions (via PayGate.to).
  • PayPal payments (via PayGate.to and Malum’s connected gateways, where available).
  • Revolut and other supported alternative payment providers (via PayGate.to).

Card & wallet payments are processed by MalumPay and PayGate.to. Your card / wallet is charged in fiat, and we receive the payout in crypto or fiat via our providers. Availability of individual methods can depend on your country, currency and order amount.

🏦 SEPA & Local Bank Transfer via PayGate.to

For many European and selected countries, you can also pay via SEPA or local bank transfer using the PayGate.to checkout.

  • Choose bank transfer in the PayGate.to payment window (if available for your country).
  • You receive the bank details and reference directly from PayGate.to.
  • The payment is tracked automatically by PayGate.to and matched to your order.

Please note: we do not accept manual bank transfers sent directly to a shop IBAN without the PayGate.to payment reference. Always follow the instructions shown in the PayGate.to window to ensure your order is correctly matched.

Prefer to pay directly in crypto? You can pay with over 300+ different cryptocurrencies, including BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, DOGE, SHIB and many more via NOWPayments.

You can pay from your own wallet (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Ledger, MetaMask, Trust Wallet, etc.).

  • Payment processors: All payments are handled by MalumPay, PayGate.to and NOWPayments, which act as our external payment gateways.
  • What you can use: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, SEPA & local bank transfer (via MalumPay / PayGate.to) and 300+ cryptocurrencies (via NOWPayments).
  • No cash on delivery: We do not accept cash, Western Union or untracked direct bank transfers. All payments must go through the secure checkout links of our payment partners.

How to pay — step by step

  1. Add your desired Pokémon TCG products to the cart and go to Checkout.
  2. Fill in your name, address, email and phone number correctly — we ship to this address.
  3. Choose your preferred payment method:
    • Card / Wallet via MalumPay or PayGate.to (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, etc.).
    • Bank transfer via PayGate.to (SEPA & supported local transfers, if available).
    • Crypto via NOWPayments (300+ coins and tokens).
  4. Click “Place Order & Pay” — you will be redirected to the secure payment page of the selected provider.
  5. On the payment page:
    • For card / wallet / PayPal / Revolut: follow the on-screen instructions and confirm the payment.
    • For bank transfer via PayGate.to: use the exact bank details and reference shown on screen.
    • For crypto (NOWPayments):
      • Choose your coin (e.g. BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, DOGE, SHIB …).
      • Scan the QR code with your wallet or copy the wallet address.
      • Send the exact amount shown on the screen in one transaction.
  6. Wait until the payment is confirmed — you will see a success message from the payment provider.
  7. Once confirmed, we prepare and ship your order to you.

Important safety tips:

  • Always double-check the amount and receiver details before confirming a payment.
  • For crypto: use the correct network shown on the NOWPayments page (for example: ERC-20, TRC-20, BSC).
  • Do not change the crypto amount — the system needs the exact value.
  • Do not close the payment page until it shows that the payment is finished.
  • We will never ask you for your seed phrase, PIN or private keys. If someone does, it is a scam.

What happens if my payment fails or I send the wrong amount?

If a card, wallet or PayPal payment is declined, please check your bank / provider or try another method. For crypto, if the amount or network is wrong, the payment can fail or be delayed. In all cases, please contact our support with your transaction ID (TXID) or payment reference so we can check it together.

How are refunds handled?

Refunds (if applicable) are processed via the same channel used for your payment (card / wallet / PayPal / bank transfer / crypto) whenever possible. For cryptocurrency, the refunded amount can differ from your original fiat value because of price changes.
