2. Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

For sales of goods, reimbursement may be withheld until the returned goods are received or you provide evidence that they were sent back, where the law permits this.

2. Refund Amount
   • Where required by applicable consumer law, the refundable amount includes the standard outbound delivery cost actually charged. TCGBoxShop currently advertises free tracked standard shipping on supported orders.
   • Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option chosen by the customer do not have to be reimbursed where the law allows this.
