TCGBoxShop.com is a crypto-only Pokémon TCG shop. All orders are shipped with free worldwide shipping and include a tracking number once dispatched.
2. Transit Time (Worldwide)
We ship worldwide to most countries and regions. Typical transit time after dispatch is:
- Europe: approx. 7–14 business days
- North America (USA, Canada): approx. 7–16 business days
- United Kingdom: approx. 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: approx. 8–16 business days
- Asia: approx. 8–18 business days
- Rest of World: approx. 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays, local holidays, or unforeseen shipping carrier issues.
3. Handling Time
All orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email whenever possible.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping is always FREE worldwide. There are no additional shipping fees for any of our supported destinations – the price you see in your cart is the final product price (excluding any customs duties or local import taxes, if applicable).
We currently offer free tracked shipping to (but not limited to): most countries in Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Australia & New Zealand. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will check if we can add it.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier's website or on our order tracking page.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
TCGBoxShop.com is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes that may be imposed on your order by your local authorities. All such fees applied during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs clearance fees, etc.).
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
We pack all sealed Pokémon TCG products carefully to protect corners and shrink-wrap. If your package is damaged during transit or lost, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. 8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. TCGBoxShop.com is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any additional costs related to resending the package.
